Recipe: Fansuase ala sousague en field greens

Thats as hoity as i can come up with, sorry :)  so i made some more epic noms last night, moderate low carby (which at the moment keeps me at the lbs lost i've done so far but might be keeping me from losing more) and figure i should get down the nitty gritty bits for future reference.

6 johnsonville brats, olive oil, high heat to start, drop to 2ish when you get sizzle
flip em when it starts to smell like food, lid, 15min or so

pull those puppies, leave the grease and flaverness and dump in about a half a bag of costco normandy mix veggies.

toss in some clasico alfredo

small amount of leftover chicken creamy curry weirdness (or not, or something else that feels compatible) just had like a couple cups of something left, I find that doing this helps use up the most leftovers and makes every meal a little unique in flavor keeping it interesting.

big ol squirt of ranch dressing, like probably half a cup

curry, you need curry in everything but in this keep it light, just enough to tinge the color of the sauce.

chop up the brats now that they are cool enough to touch, toss those puppies in

drizzle soy sauce on the brats and cauliflower (they'll soak up some of the flavor faster than if it got lost in the sauce up front) then whole milk or half and half til the whole thing is just about stew like

simmer simmmer class (mrs mungers class, google that shit if you've never heard of it, awesome)

anyway stir it a couple times simmering for half an hour, dont stir it 10x or it gets mushy

serve it with a ladle, in a bowl witha spoon even though its pretty fork able the sauce is whats gonna satisfy.

the odd combination of flavors here isn't just about flavor, its a complex relationship between dairy/cream and fermented stuff (soy sauce and ranch) its not just a sour, there's a deeper flavor to it that is subtle and yummy.

Happy Living!
