Cheater!

gahhh! fruit? on a low car diet? well technically no you shouldn't but if you are going to live like this for a couple years, you need some antioxidants and whatnot that don't come from a pill.

key is when i'm 'cheating' i dont cheat big, i try to do this and when i do this i try not to go heavy on the heap on the butter fat side of low carb, those are leanish otherwise good days.

  1. It's insanely hard to believe that that few blueberries could ever be satisfying, but you honestly do get to the point where that would be enough. Seriously, I know that I could eat an entire basket of raspberries pre-plan, and then after about six weeks on-plan a handful was enough. Very weird.
