This is the real deal man, we're talkin guilt free epic nomification.

thaw the chicken! (google that for a beyond funny possibly true story from nasa that was -ultimately- validated by mythbusters)

hammer the crap out of it til its flat willy

fry in olive oil with a ton of nomic seasoning on it, soy sauce, lemon pepper, asian seasoning  you name it just hit it hard til its goooood.
pull it, slice it nice and even keep the pieces together so they are nice and cozy.

prep the salad:
spring mix
olives
avocado slices
Jicama -- track that shit down, its not cheap but this is your crunchy better than croutons guilt free omfg!

drizzle that ranch dressing
lay a couple more leaves on top of that

drop the chicken, one breast worth of slices each

nosh with your eyes rolled back in ecstasy guilt free and tasty like you can't even buy anywheres.

Ultra comfort food: Roast beef stew with cauliflower alfredo nomification

Doesn't that just look GOOOOOD? cant wait to dive in.

so, line the bottom with chopped whole thinger of celery. and like an inch or 2 of water, then throw the roast on that pile, salt, pepper, curry, garlic mostly just on the meat to give it a nice crust.

2 hours on high, then 4-5 on low

nuke 2 bags of cauliflower for 10min, maybe 12 while thats going...

Pull the roast, slicey dicey choppy to your liking.  scoup out most but not all of the celery.  toss the beef happiness back in, dump in 2 jars of alfedo, i like to rinse them with water for recycling anyway in this case just a touch more cant hurt so put that in shake it up and dump it in too.

dump in cauliflower (oh yea i added some water and olive oil to that befor nuking, butter would be good too)

simmer! simmer classs! well not really put it on high and let er rip til everything gets tender.

fressssss!

happy living!!!

Asian spice crusted chicken alfredo veggie psychological money mastery happy thing.

Another simple dinner, keepin it different with little touches, whole chicken breast fried in olive oil with an asian ginger/lemon pepperish seasoning lots of it til it got sort of crusted then some A1 there splashed underneath.

veggie alfredo action on the side.

you'll notice i do that a lot, same old veggie mix, same old alfredo sauce, sometimes mixed with a tinge of this or that and it might sound boring but its best to look at it this way, this is the part of the meal that is replacing the carby starchy action, this is your bread/pasta/mashed potato etc... same old boring base you have with most meals only this tastes much much better and can easily be mixed with some of your entries for a change up (like i like to chop up the brats and mix them in sometimes while keeping them all decorative and whole others) biggie is that not only does this replace that carb action as the side dish belly filler it also replaces that really easy part of the meal weeknight cooking can scarcely ask much of you in the fancy entre dept, rackin your noggin over the side dish just aint happinin so here's your solution.

chicken came out of one of those huge bags from costco, i'd say this is probably something like a $3 meal again not ramen cheap and man do i know that its not easy doin 3 when you've got $2 key is to not beat yourself up.

Not just because "be nice to yourself" all stuart smalley action but because what happens is you give up, and when you do finally get 12 extra cents to rub together on payday you reward your lengthy sacrifice with a trip to taco bell where natch the spouse and the kids want some too and suddenly you have a carload of unhealthy food and sure you 'only' dropped $20 on that but..... thats a bag of frozen chicken that will last you to next payday.

that bag will quickly look like boring drudgery waiting to happen in comparison to that fast food meal but just look at the punum on this meal right here! this bitch was the noms and like on a tuesday night, i can barely get something as good as this for $25 a plate going out god forbid i get a drink or appetizer or...

so big factor is to no just throw feed down your chow hole, do it up, take a sec, add some spice, make it pretty on the plate like a boss, you'll feel spoiled, you'll pass up taco bell and go to biggie mart and stock up on more nom foundations and you'll feel great about yourself which is the very first step to...
